Lauren & Luke Married!!! {Kansas City Wedding Photographer}
November 7th, what a wonderful day full of great memories for Lauren & Luke. The day they said I do and made promises for a lifetime. It was a very full day filled with so much emotion. Lots of happy tears, laughter and a crazy fun dance party! The details of the day were plentiful. So many special touches and a fairy tale reception fit for a princess
The day was sure to be a success with all the great vendors lined up. I was super excited to be working with all of them! First thanks to my 2nd shooter Mike Tsai, always doing a smashing job! Christine, Celebrations of Love, handling all the logistics and more. Be Chic Bride for lovely hair and makeup for the girlies! Olive media rocking the video (super love them~I photographed their wedding!!!!), Dan Meiners for the stunning florals, PATRICK LENTZ BAND~need I say more? Well, I must mention the most incredible candy bar table decoration that I have EVER seen goes to Kristina Briseno!
I am going to let the photos do the talking Lauren’s lovely dress and all the sparkles for the bridesmaids!! Love love love the bridesmaids dresses all different but coordinating!
Hello lovely Badgley Mischka’s! Sweet moment when Lauren gave her mom her gift And super sweet when Lauren read her letter from Luke I even teared up! How much do I love this? Lots Seesters!!!!! Girl fun! The reaction to seeing Lauren in her dress Mikayla with some last minute touch ups The guys were having plenty of fun of their own! First look!!!! Lovely Lauren! Very pretty group of gals all sparkling! Handsome men! Love these! More favorites!
How cute are they? The ceremony was held at Union Station and my jaw literally dropped when I saw this. Wow! Great job Dan Meiner! Awwww!!! Lauren seeing her dad for the first time of the day! And they are married!!!!! Lauren & Luke’s reception was at The Guild. I always love shooting there! But this is the first time they have had the entire studio side for the cocktail hour and it was soooo beautiful! Even the bar was decorated! They wanted to save the suspense for the reception area!
The reception was so very elegant and romantic. Entirely lovely. THE CANDY TABLE TO BEAT ALL CANDY TABLES!!! I just couldn’t believe it. I die. Even the little rocks that were in the pot with the tree and branches was made of chocolate!!!! Lauren’s reaction when walking into the reception was such a wonderful thing to witness. I would say that it was worth all of the work Pam put into making it happen AND Classic Cakes for the win on cakes Another beautiful creation! Even the food was beautiful! Catering by Olive Catering. Lauren & Luke were announce right into their first dance! It was Lauren’s Grandpa’s birthday and they made sure to take a moment to celebrate! It was so sweet. Then he gave them some great marriage advice! Patrick Lentz band rocking the party and the lovely Jordan & Jake with Olive media! Lauren’s mom may have had the best mom dress ever! It shimmied!!!! Shake it Pam! Can not go to the Guild without some pretties under the lights in the courtyard!!!! Another special treat was the specialty snow cones!!!! You can see that they can be fun for adults beverages too! I always love to photograph the Hora! Lauren’s Grandpa was singing the Hava Nagila and all the fun celebration followed! Later sometime after the snow cone truck arrived, cotton candy was passed around to guests! Lauren’s love for sweet’s is about up to par with my daughter’s Now that my daughter knows this is possible, I am sure we will have to have cotton candy when her day comes, lol! Some more family fun in the courtyard! Congratulations Lauren & Luke!!!!!!!!!!!
Blythe & Clint Married!!! {Kansas City Wedding Photographer}
Blythe and Clint were married on a beautiful fall day with the sun shining above them, the water glistening on the pond and the trees all changing colors. It was such a lovely country wedding held on the grooms family land. I was just giddy with the areas surrounding to photograph the couple. Their barn reception was cute as heck with all of the bases covered to keep the guests warm and happy! There was delicious hot apple cider, hand warmers, a nice fire and lots of dancing! And they had a pie bar at the reception! I had to finish editing this wedding so I would stop thinking about pie!
I didn’t even realize at first that the flowers were made from paper! It was the most beautiful paper bouquet I had ever seen! I loved this location!!!! Something about this makes it one of my favorites! Their pup was so cute!!!! so many cute kiddos at this wedding! I think I found my future intern 😉 Mmmmmmm……pie!!!!!!! Congratulations Blythe & Clint!!!!
