Elizabeth & James’ Snowshoot! {Kansas City Wedding Photographer}
In a tribute to our snow day we are having here today and yesterday, I thought it would be a great time to showcase a very fun photoshoot that I did on our last big snowstorm!!! I photographed Elizabeth & James’ wedding last October and they are such a fun adventurous couple that I wasn’t surprised that they volunteered to brave the conditions to come play in the snow in bridal attire Of course what I thought to be a 30 min shoot as it was FREEZING outside turned into a little bit more because there are just soooo many fun ideas to do in the snow!!!! It took us all a bit to thaw out after that but TOTALLY worth it
They are even getting a big canvas of one of the snow photos
Hope you enjoy these while we anxiously await spring
Check out the blue chair! Used to be green! James & Elizabeth got the first shoot on the newly reupholstered chair
Two of my favorites! We were standing on the frozen lake here!
Happy Snow Day!!!!!
Alicia & Mike Married!!!! {Kansas City Wedding Photographer}
What a very lovely intimate ceremony Alicia and Mike had at The Longview Mansion in the end of January! I really love weddings that you can tell are just perfectly suited for a couple. Alicia and Mike had their close family members and a few close friends there to witness their commitment to love each other forever, followed by an early dinner, cake and a sparkler send off It was a bit chilly out but certainly not bad for January ! And nice and sunny!!!!!
Alicia’s dress was so classically beautiful!!!!
Love these photos of Alicia getting ready and of grandma taking a iphone photo of her
Lovely ladies! Oh my goodness these two are cuties!!!!
Such a stunning bride!!!!!!
Handsome men!!!!
Alicia and Mike did not see each other before the ceremony but wanted to say a prayer together
Something about these moments really gets to me. I love seeing grandpa sitting here, and Mike chatting with their pastor before the ceremony and of course Mike seeing his bride for the first time
The floral colors were so soft and pretty!
Something about this winter sun, the evergreens, and the tall grass just made me feel like we were in the mountains
Doesn’t it look like Colorado or Wyoming?
Seriously? Jan 25th? Wow, just wow!!!!!
As I was getting ready for a few sparkler photos I noticed the sun just getting ready to set so I had to get them in this light!!! So worth it!
With a few practice runs, we managed to get their name in sparklers!
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mr. & Mrs. Klema!!!!!
