Kristin & Nate Married!! {Kansas City Wedding Photographer}
Kristin & Nate were married on the last day of August in one of the sweetest ceremonies I have seen in a long time. They chose not to see each other before the ceremony and it was such a sweet emotional moment when Nate first saw Kristin walking down the aisle. It also happened to be one of the hottest wedding days of the year! I do believe the last weekend in Aug and the 1st weekend in Sept. will be the hottest weddings I will shoot the whole year, lol. At the end of the day, even with a little sweat, they were happy to have committed their lives to each other and smiling
I will start with Kristin’s incredibly beautiful dress!!!!
It was so wonderful watching Kristin and her mom and sister together, there was no doubt how much they mean to each other
Nate’s card to Kristin had her in tears
We got out in the heat for a few fun photos with the guys
I love love love the photos of Kristin in front of the window!!!!!
These cutie little flower girls brought Nate a little folded piece of paper with a message on it from Kristin, it was AWESOME!!!!
What a privilege to be able to witness this moment. Truly touching
Happy moms and happy moh and bm!
I loved this spot so much I went back!!! You know it is true love when you can sweat right on each other, haha!!!!
I thought a poolside photo was a good idea, but even at night it was still a million degrees It made for a nice glow
Congratulations!!!!!!! xoxoxox
Monica & Jack Married! {Kansas City Wedding Photographer}
If I were to imagine what it would be like to be around John and Jacqueline Kennedy on their wedding day, I would imagine it to be like it was to witness Monica and Jack getting married. They walked with a confidence in their step and smiles on their faces. It would take someone all of 5 minutes to know what a class act Jack is and how honored he was to marry Monica. Being witness to their vows to each other left me with a happy heart and somehow a feeling of peacefulness. I smiled on the way home as I thought of their smiles to each other. They were married at Californos on the beautiful patio with a beautifully decorated reception!
I will start with Monica’s dress~her mom also had Monica’s baptism dress and first communion dress there to photograph together!
Jack’s nephew was cracking me up!
Moments before they were going to see each other on their wedding day
It was so sweet when they had their first look, they were sooooo happy
Not going to lie, I was going CRAZY about how cool this spot in the hotel was for photos!
This reminds me of my little lady, just can’t resist getting her hands into a fountain
It was like going through a goose land mine to get a JC Nichols fountain shot, lol!
what a beautiful ceremony! and I loved the little gal twirling on stage while waiting for the ceremony to start
Oh how I love sparkly string lights. So romantic
Congratulations again and again!!!!!!
